Nice read, I agree with you that&#039;s its soooo important to find what you enjoy. Most of the time I prefer working out at home using my Beachbody programs but sometimes I enjoy going to the gym just to mix it up a bit. 

It&#039;s just important that we do something to get ourselves off the couch:)

There are many pro&#039;s and con&#039;s for both it&#039;s just about finding what&#039;s right for the individual! I can train anywhere and have all my kit at home but my husband would rather go to the gym.

I don&#039;t like working out in front of guys - not even hubby (unless he&#039;s working out with me). Having workout videos gave me the option of working out without having to worry about who was looking at me or what I looked at from behind.

		<description>Although where I work has a great Wellness Center that I make use of, I built myself a nice home gym for the specific purpose of having the flexibility of a nice facility at home if I want to use it. I&#039;ve found that just as you need to switch up your workouts periodically, so too should you consider switching up your environments to keep things fresh. I like the ability to head to my own fitness center to work on specific areas. If I&#039;m working from home on a particular day, I don&#039;t have to miss a workout. What really motivated me a few years back was when my gym suddenly went out of business with no warning and I was left stranded to find a new place. For me, my chosen gym is like my chosen dentist. I don&#039;t like change when I&#039;m not in control of initiating that change. I decided then and there to build my own.</description>
